After a year and a half of selling a house, building another, moving, and no studio time I started making
art quilts again. I had no desire to continue from where I stopped. I found a piece that had been started
several years earlier; I liked a number of portions of it. Transition One just sort of happened. I am beginning
with sort of an idea and letting it take me where it will. We’ll see what continues to happen.

| Scrappy Diamonds ____________________ 72" x 51" I like a long diamond shape and experimented with it for a while. I call them harlequin diamonds and think of them as happy diamonds. |
